Mike Kachura is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with 27 years experience. He's been practicing in Northern Virginia since 1990. Mike takes an integrative approach that takes into account the physical, psychological, social, and spiritual components of the person within their system.
The scope of service includes:
- Individual therapy for personal development and counseling for problem resolution (depression, anxiety, life-adjustment); adults and adolescents
- Specialization in cognitive - behavioral counseling for depression and anxiety disorders.
- Marital and family counseling (communication skills, conflict resolution;) and crisis resolution (examples: infidelity, abuse, and divorce)
- Consulting with and training organizations on team development and strategic planning.
- Specializing on spiritual issues (identity, theological concerns, world-life view) in the context of the present issue
- Specializes in evangelical populations and those that frame life from a biblical world view.
