Many people suffer from depression, anxiety, anger or relationship issues (related to friends, family, and dating.) Some people are having difficulty adjusting to a change in their life. Other people struggle to determine what they want to do with their life. I am committed to the care of my clients and have 20 years experience in treating adolescents, families, individuals, and couples. I have experience working with clients who are suffering from a wide variety of psychological problems and have treated individuals from a diverse pool of racial, ethnic, and religious backgrounds, including GLBT clients.

I am an empathic and skilled clinician who helps clients identify and understand their difficulties. I use an integrative model designed to meet each individual client's needs that encourages nutrition, exercise, and meditation as an adjunct to therapy. I teach clients skills that they may take outside the office, and into their personal lives for everyday practical use.
